As a certified Healing Shame practitioner and a level 2 EMDR clinician, I have observed people’s resiliency and courage as they “feel and deal with their shame.” I work with individual adult women who have experienced trauma, eating disorders, body image issues, and chronic dysregulated moods. Together we work to move out of the stuck places in their lives and to lift the cloak of shame.

During my many years as a dietitian and then a therapist, I have been a student of learning and was drawn to the shame workshops with Sheila and Bret. They teach clinicians how to identify and work with shame in a gentle, pendulating fashion.
