Jen’s work as a somatic practitioner and coach began as part of her own healing journey. She came to this work because she needed it herself—and still does. Nearly two decades later, she is grateful to share her expertise with clients around the world. Her approach is holistic and deeply individualized, grounded in the belief that each person’s path is unique and no two healing journeys are the same.

Her journey has included formal education in a variety of modalities. She studied at the Spirituality Mind Body Institute at Columbia University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) with a concentration in Somatic Psychology.

Jen holds certifications and advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic IFS (SIFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, Healing Shame, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe), Trauma-Informed Stabilization Technique (TIST), and Trauma Recovery Coaching. She is also a certified Grief Educator and Death Doula. Always seeking to expand her horizons, she integrates the latest research and learning into her work.

Weaving nervous system regulation, attachment theory, breathwork, and somatic techniques into a deeply attuned and intuitive approach, Jen partners with each client to co-create a path toward resilience, presence, and self-trust—meeting them exactly where they are.
