AUSTRALIA

Hi, I’m Jennifer, I live and work in Australia. I am a Clinical Psychologist and experienced trauma focused therapist with over 200 hours of training and almost 10 years of practical EMDR Therapy.

Healing shame has now become an important component of my therapy toolkit. As a result of our life experiences, shame can often be found as the root of many of our self-limiting schemas. Recognising the significance of shame creates an opportunity to understand, process and integrate those experiences so you can lead a rich, full and meaningful life.

I am dedicated to empowering clients to regain balance in their lives and move forward with confidence and resilience. I create a safe, supportive environment that addresses both the emotional and physiological impacts of trauma, helping clients reconnect with themselves and to reduce their symptoms.

If you are struggling, I encourage you to reach out—your mental health is every bit as important as your physical health.
